Access, from the new Amesbury Locca division, is a wireless remote control to unlock entry doors, intended for use in single-family homes, apartments, assisted living or retirement communities, and especially helpful for disability or wheelchair access. By using an electric strike in the door frame, homeowners can gain entry by pressing their remote and pushing the door open, without keys or handle cranking. Up to 19 remotes can be programmed to one door, and each remote has a 50-foot range. The system includes a control unit, one master key and two SureTouch remotes, the electric strike, a rechargeable backup battery, and plug in.

The Multi, similar to the Access, is a wireless remote control to unlock entry doors, but with the added feature of being able to add and delete up to 999 individual remotes to one door. Additionally, the system allows the homeowner to control the add and delete, preferences to distance, tone, and length of time the lock stays open—all on a visible LED screen on the face of the control unit.

The Connecta is an upgrade to the Access and Multi products, adding a wireless intercom to the system. It adds the convenience of entry door intercom for guests to speak to the family inside, to the ability to unlock the door remotely. The main control box is mounted by the front door—guests push the button, it rings to the handheld intercom, the homeowner pushes “Talk” to find out who is at the door, and if the homeowner chooses, he/she can press “Open” to unlock the door. Up to six handheld intercom receivers can be programmed into one unit, plus additional SureTouch or Lifestyle remotes can be added for a maximum of 19 for the Access system, or 999 for the Multi system. Additional remotes can be purchased separately. Handheld intercoms can be used between each other within the home as well! The intercom features a 200-yard range.
