Said to be the the first of its kind among major window manufacturers, the Ultimate Replacement Casement features a wash mode that lets homeowners clean the exterior of the glass without going outside or using complicated tools. Grip-by-Lever door hardware features a large exterior escutcheon (3” x 19”) and is available in a wide variety of finishes and interior lever types. Manufactured by Nobilus (formerly Stone River Bronze), the hardware is factory installed, allowing builders to avoid the use of cumbersome field mortising tools to install the hardware. 

Marvin now offers an oil-rubbed bronze finish produced using a PVD coating. Unlike non-PVD oil rubbed bronzes, the PVD version is not a living finish and is a solid bronze with no copper highlight, making it well suited for coastal regions where storms, sun and saltwater can weather hardware. The finish is available on hinges, handlesets, and jamb and panel strike and lock cover plates.
