Site of the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Building Technology,

Energy Star Windows
The Energy Star Windows Program is a voluntary partnership between
the U.S. Department of Energy and the fenestration industry to promote

Insulating Glass Certification Council
A non-profit organization representing manufacturers, consumers,
specifiers, and others concerned with the quality and performance
of insulating glass units. IGCC sponsors and directs an independent,
true third-party certification program. Periodic accelerated laboratory

International Code Council
A consortium of the three major model code groups - the Building

Trade association for the home building industry. Its site features

A national trade association with 7,100 member companies

National Fenestration Rating Council
A non-profit, public/private organization, created by the window,
