A new optically divided lite option on the manufacturer’s windows combines 3M’s Accentrim tape with applied caming to provide the look of leaded, beveled glass. A variety of patterns are available, including decorative looks using the optical-tape only.
Featuring no-maintenance vinyl exteriors and warm wood interiors, 300 Series windows and patio doors meet a wide variety of builders’ and homeowners’ desires, combing beauty and quality while remaining cost-conscience. The line offers numerous options, including pine or ash interiors, natural or prefinished in four stain choices or latex primer, or prefinished white composite interiors.
Dent-resistant extruded aluminum cladding on 500 Series windows and patio doors help provide any home with high-performing, low-maintenance beauty. Exterior color choices include white, ivory, pebble tan, forest green, sierra brown, brick red, dark bronze and obsidian. The line also provides numerous other options in grilles, glazing, and hardware.
Designed for maximum performance and customization, 700 Series windows and doors offer beautiful hardwood interior options including pine, oak, maple, alder, cherry or mahogany, all of which can be prefinished in a choice of four stain finishes. The exterior can be finished in eight standard colors, 47 designer colors and custom-matched colors, with factory-applied exterior aluminum clad trim available in five styles. Windows and doors can also be supplied in primed wood for those preferring a non-clad product.
Citadel premium fiberglass patio doors are offered in slider, French or swing models with configurations up to four panels. Virtually maintenance-free, the doors combine an extruded aluminum clad frame and fiberglass panels with textured oak-grain skins. The prefinished exteriors are available in six standard colors, six of which match the company’s 500 Series products.
A high-performance pultruded fiberglass sill allows for more flexibility for custom sizes and multi-wide entry door systems, and can be integrated into the manufacturer’s single frame system that previously encased just the door panel, sidelites and transom. The single frame system creates a more durable unit that is easier to install, and provides greater structural strength and less chance for air and water infiltration at the joints. Featuring both fiberglass and steel door panels, the entry door line offers flexibility of design, adaptable to elaborate, monumental entry ways or a simple country farmhouse porch.
Zo-e-shield 5 glazing features an inert gas-filled airspace and two panes of glass with a Real Warm Edge spacer system, EasyCare coating and a silver coating system to provide a 50 percent U-value improvement and a 65 percent solar heat gain improvement over clear IG. Zo-e-shield adds a laminated interlayer applied to the interior lite to improve safety, sound control and protection against UV rays that fade home interiors.
StaySafe impact-resistant products provide families with continuous protection that requires minimal upkeep, while adding a touch of elegance and beauty to high-end custom homes in coastal areas. For Miami-Dade County, the line includes laminated, single-glazed impact products. Insulating glass impact products are also available for areas that require both energy-rated products and protection from wind-borne debris.

The Architect Series line of wood windows and patio doors has been extended with three new wood options—mahogany, alder and Douglas fir—in addition to the traditional pine product. Meeting the needs of aficionados looking for the ultimate in architectural detail and flexibility for standard or custom projects, the line provides virtually endless design options, including unique shapes and sizes, unlimited exterior colors and standard and custom grille patterns.
The richness of copper caming accents the Francesca decorative glass collection available on Pella Mahogany fiberglass entry doors. The line combines stylish new detail and ease of maintenance in a traditional old world look.
Factory-built Craftsman-style and rustic-style fiberglass entry doors combine distinctive looks with low maintenance. Optional decorative accents include clavos (decorative nails) and a speakeasy grille on the rustic style doors and a dentil shelf on a Craftsman-style door.
The Designer Series Collection can incorporate removable decorative panels for a new look between panes of glass. Options include blind or shade colors, as well as unique decorative panels in 10 different design patterns and removable grilles. Homeowners can snap in new window fashions custom made to fit each opening that are protected between panes of glass from dust and dirt.

PGT Industries

The PGT Series SGD680 and PGT WinGuard Series SGD780 blend the traditional look of a French door with the contemporary ease of a sliding glass door. Both models are available with aluminum frames and panel widths up to 4 feet wide and 10 feet high (8 feet high for insulating glass). Options include colonial muntins and a 9-inch bottom rail for French door look.
The WinGuard Sliding Series 730 impact resistant sliding glass corner meet door can be used to capture a dramatic ocean view, lush landscaping or to simply let the sunshine in. Available with two, three or four tracks, doors are offered in by-pass and pocket styles and can be provided for inside and outside corners.

Phantom Screens

Pittsburgh Corning

Combining aesthetic features, light transmission and privacy control with improved energy performance, Insolar low-E glass blocks are now available in LightWise window products. Based on NFRC procedures, an 8 by 8 by 2-inch low E glass block used in the window provides a 41 percent reduction in solar heat gain and 23 percent increase in insulation value.

Plastpro

The True White Oak fiberglass door features a UV-protected skin and Hydroshield Technology that provides a completely pure white interior to hide the scrapes and scratches that are often visible with wood and metal doors. Additionally, the doors resist rusting and rotting, have virtually maintenance-free durability for nearly any climate, and do not need to be painted unless desired.

Protecto Wrap

BT25XL flashing tape includes a built-in serration that enables installers to peel and stick a 4-inch portion of the tape so that it covers the sill, as well as the exterior substrate material, helping prevent water intrusion. The bottom 5-inches of the tape hangs off the sill, enabling the housewrap to be tucked underneath before the remaining tape is sealed to the wall.
The Protecto Sill Drainage System combines an advanced peel-and-stick adhesive with positive-sloped, closed-cell foam that ensures any water or condensation found inside window openings will be directed to the outside weather plane of the structure. The flexible pan system helps keep the window cavity dry and free of mold and eliminate costly contractor callbacks due to window leaks.

The RoyalGuard DP 50+/impact window and sliding patio door system enables manufacturers to produce a full line of window and door products that meet the recent changes to specifications of the Florida Building Code. Window designs feature a fully welded 3 1/4-inch frame, fully welded sash, 7/8-inch double-glazed units, and meet TAS and ASTM standards.
